ppl r really wild like i dont think anyone knows wtf theyre talking about when they talk about A Peaceful Protest. like people get mad when protestors block freeways??? that’s the definition of a peaceful protest like. a protest is supposed to be inconvenient. it’s supposed to be “rude.” it’s supposed to be disruptive. otherwise…..there’s no fucking point………how else are u supposed to bring attention to an issue…..which is the what the literal point of a protest is. people would rather protestors go stand in an open field somewhere and yell their concerns into the air (but only very quietly so as not to disturb any passing hikers)
Remember folks: If you don’t hold your oppressor’s hand while softly explaining to them things they could just as easily google and maybe make them some cocoa to help them feel comfortable learning about your lived struggles, you’re just a big ol’ meany who doesn’t deserve to be treated like a person.
Hey guys. I know there are a lot of dog lovers on tumblr so I wanted to try this. It’s not for me, it’s for my sister and her family.
Yesterday (June 10) my sisters dog was hit by a car and left in the street. He went to the emergency vet and got a bunch of stitches, but he still has a broken tarsus and needs a specialist to get it fixed (3rd pic, his back left leg).
The surgery will be about $3500-4000 and my sister will have a very hard time affording that.
